Our Online Team are now recruiting and looking for a Senior E Commerce Manager to drive the success of all sweatybetty.com channels, including mobile and international sites. With particular focus on the US site.
Reporting directly to the Head of E Commerce you will be responsible for driving online sales and ensuring that conversion opportunities are always maximised across all territories and devices.
You will have strong UX knowledge of user interface, page interaction and site flow, you will use your experience to make recommendations for Sweaty Betty’s Digital Flagship across all devices Responsibility for management of an assistant.
Trading
Responsible for achieving annual objectives, revenue targets and KPI’s.
Analysing key metrics to understand how to better facilitate customer experience and conversion.
Understand E Commerce trading strategies for defined markets and tailor this approach to the US market
Developing strong collaborative relationships across the E Commerce and Marketing Teams
Defining and setting merchandising strategy
Optimising all processes and ensuring efficiency
Responsible for identifying new opportunities and making recommendations
Systems and Reporting
Compiling accurate daily, weekly and seasonal reports on trading performance, including product categories and ranges and KPI’s
Highlighting sales and conversion trends against forecast and previous performance
Stewardship of Sweaty Betty’s Google Analytics accounts
UX
Ensuring strong user experience across all devices and territories
Monitoring usability metrics to determine design success
Weekly quality control checks to maintain high standards across all sites
Content
Working closely with the content and creative teams to deliver a customised content experience and SEO strategy.
You are a graduate with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar E Commerce role
in both the UK and US retail markets. You have a strong trading and analytical background with high commercial drive. Meticulous approach to E Commerce trading processes and attention to detail. Demonstrable ability to use site analytics to influence content and customer journeys.
You are analytical, strong with numbers and have a faultless attention to detail. An excellent planner and organiser who is great at prioritising heavy workloads. You have the ability to think strategically and understand commercial implications of decisions and actions. You thrive working as part of a dynamic team, have great interpersonal skills and are quick to build relationships. You'll love the Sweaty Betty brand and be interested in the lifestyle it endorses.
